Refund, Replacement  and Cancellation Policy

At Jyotiish Astrology, we strive to provide the best possible astrology services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to cancel or request a refund for services purchased. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations. And please note that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product and provide proof of damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel a booked astrology service (such as a consultation or report), you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund.
  • For cancellations made after this period or if the service has already been delivered, no refund will be provided.

1.2 Subscription Cancellation

  • If you have subscribed to any recurring astrology services (e.g., daily horoscope updates, subscription to exclusive content), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refund will be provided for the remaining days in the cycle.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

  • Due to the personalized and unique nature of astrology services (such as kundali analysis, horoscope readings, and compatibility reports), refunds are not available once the service has been delivered.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

2.2 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered as promised due to an error on our part.
  • Technical issues on our platform prevented the completion of the service.
  • The service was canceled within the allowed time frame (see 1.1 Service Cancellation).

2.3 Refund Process

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days after reviewing your case.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be credited to customer bank account. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

3. Changes to Services

Jyotiish Astrology reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time without prior notice. In such cases, if you have paid for a service that has not been delivered, you will be entitled to a full refund.
